Desired Candidate Profile

Handling travel inquiries and preparing tailored tour packages

Coordinating bookings with hotels, airlines, and suppliers

Assisting clients before, during, and after travel

Preparing invoices, confirmations, and travel documents

Maintaining excellent relationships with clients and partners

Minimum 2 years of experience in the tourism or travel industry

Strong communication and customer-service skills

Ability to prepare itineraries, quotations, and travel packages

Good command of English (spoken and written)

Proficiency in MS Office and reservation systems is a plus

Ability to work under pressure and handle client inquiries efficiently
