Roles & Responsibilities

Belquis Tours is expanding its operations and seeking a talented Tour Operator to join our team in Cairo. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating tailored travel itineraries, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring an exceptional travel experience for clients from start to finish.

  • Design and price competitive and creative travel itineraries.
  • Coordinate bookings with hotels, Nile cruises, transportation companies, and tour guides.
  • Manage client needs before and during their trips, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers to secure the best services and rates.
  • Handle multiple tasks while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Resolve issues promptly and adapt to changes as they arise.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to delivering memorable travel experiences.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1 2 years of experience in tour operations, travel consultancy, inbound tourism, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Egypt s travel destinations; global travel awareness is a plus.
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written).
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proven capability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing circumstances.
  • Proficiency in office software and travel booking systems.
  • Ability to work onsite in a collaborative office setting.
  • Flexibility to work under limited supervision and occasionally outside regular hours.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding travel experiences.
