Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily tour operations, ensuring all itineraries are executed smoothly and efficiently.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and partners to confirm bookings, transportation, and accommodation arrangements.
- Monitor and resolve operational issues, providing prompt solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and distribute travel documents, itineraries, and relevant information to clients.
- Assist in the development and improvement of operational processes to enhance service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client communications.
- Support the planning and execution of special events, group tours, and customized travel packages.
- Respond to client inquiries and provide expert advice on travel options and destinations.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote tours and special offers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-2 years of experience in tourism operations, travel coordination, or a related field.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using travel management software and standard office applications.
