Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

-Promote and sell inbound (domestic) and outbound (international) holiday packages to individual clients, groups, and corporate customers. -Respond to travel inquiries via phone, email, or in person, providing detailed information about destinations, itineraries, pricing, and services. -Customize travel packages based on client needs, preferences, and budget. -Prepare and present travel itineraries, cost estimates, and proposals. -Follow up on leads and close sales to meet monthly and quarterly targets. -Coordinate with suppliers, tour operators, airlines, and hotels to book services and confirm arrangements. -Keep up-to-date with travel trends, visa regulations with Global visa Services , and destination knowledge. -Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and customer interactions. -Handle post-sales support and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner. -Participate in travel fairs, exhibitions, and promotional events as needed.

Desired Candidate Profile

-Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field (preferred). -06 months to 1 year of experience in travel sales, especially handling both inbound and outbound packages. -Strong knowledge of global and domestic travel destinations, tour operations, and customer service. -Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. -Proficiency in travel booking systems (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) and MS Office tools. -Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets. -Fluency in English & Hindi ; additional languages are a plus.
