Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Tourism Manager to lead our operations team and drive business growth in the tourism industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing international clients, handling B2B relationships, and providing regular reporting to management. You will be responsible for finalizing contracts with hotels and cruise lines, and ensuring seamless operations using our software systems.

*Responsibilities:*

- Manage and lead a team of operations professionals
- Handle international client relationships and B2B communications
- Provide weekly and monthly reporting to management using our software systems
- Finalize contracts with hotels and cruise lines using contract management software
- Develop and implement tourism strategies to drive business growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Identify and resolve operational issues using data analytics and reporting tools
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:


- 10-15 years of experience in tourism for the same position
- Proven track record of managing international clients and B2B relationships
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with contract negotiation and management
- Knowledge of tourism industry trends and best practices
- Proficiency in software operation systems such as: ITOMS SEJOUR .etc
- Tour operator software (e.g. Tourplan, Rezdy)
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field
