Roles & Responsibilities

  • Operate tower cranes safely and efficiently to lift, move, and position materials on construction sites, adhering to strict safety protocols.
  • Conduct pre-operation inspections of the crane and its components, ensuring all equipment is in proper working order before use.
  • Collaborate closely with site supervisors and signal personnel to accurately interpret hand signals and ensure precise material placement.
  • Monitor weather conditions and assess site conditions, adjusting operations as necessary to maintain safety and efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent, ensuring foundational education for understanding crane operations.
  • Certification in crane operation from a recognized institution, demonstrating formal training and expertise.
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience operating tower cranes in construction settings, proving competence and reliability.
  • Previous experience in high-rise construction projects preferred, showcasing familiarity with complex lift operations.
