Roles & Responsibilities
Maintain and configure liquidity hubs (OZ, PrimeXM, Centroid, FXCubic)
Onboard new clients to systems including FIX, MT4/MT5 and drop-copy connections
Monitor real-time system performance and routing profiles
Investigate and resolve technical issues promptly, including escalation when required
Perform reconciliation between coverage and margin accounts
Complete trade compensation requests efficiently
Support internal and external users with clear, professional communication
Work independently and responsibly throughout night operations
What You Will Bring
- 2 3+ years as a System Administrator or L2 Support Engineer
- Strong knowledge of FIX protocol troubleshooting
- Experience working with MT4/MT5 environments and connectivity
- Network troubleshooting capability (TCP/IP, telnet, traceroute)
- Solid English communication skills
Preferred Background
- Experience with monitoring systems (e.g. Zabbix)
- Understanding of REST API or RabbitMQ
- Ability to extract and structure reports from hubs or MySQL
- Previous experience in live trading system support

- Ability to stay focused and detail-oriented throughout evening operations
- Quick response to urgent trading system issues
- Strong sense of responsibility when working independently

We are working with a global brokerage technology company that provides advanced liquidity and trading infrastructure solutions to financial institutions. Due to international market coverage, we are looking for a TPD Hub Engineer who will ensure reliable operational performance during the night shift period.
This is a full-time position (40 hours per week, 8 hours per night) supporting critical live trading environments. Candidates must be based in, or able to work consistently according to, GMT+4 ( 1 hour) time zone. Typical work schedules begin in the evening and finish before or around sunrise in that time zone, ensuring full overnight coverage without extending excessively into daytime hours.
