Roles & Responsibilities

Control and record all data of the raw material, ingredients, packaging and products.

Insert data on the traceability system and generate reports.

If a recall is required, generate all data and reports.

Maintain the integrity of the traceability system and related devices

Ability to explain and demonstrate the operation of the traceability system for internal and external auditors.

Ability to work with computers; -

Easy to work with calculation; -

Read and understand complex manuals Documentation

Ability to perform basic troubleshooting of traceability related devices
