Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Monitor truck movements using GPS and other systems.
Maintain constant communication with drivers to guide, assist, and resolve issues during trips.
Track shipment milestones and update statuses in the system and through regular reporting.
Report delays, incidents, and critical updates promptly to Fleet Operations Management.
Prepare and share daily and weekly reports on shipment performance and trip progress.
Support proactive problem-solving to minimize disruptions and keep schedules on track.
Desired Candidate Profile
1 3 years of experience in transport operations, fleet monitoring, or logistics control rooms.
Strong communication skills and ability to manage real-time issues with drivers.
Familiarity with tracking platforms and transport management systems.
Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking under pressure.
Team player with a proactive and solution-focused mindset.
