Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Implementation & Support

Manage lifecycle activities including requirement analysis, testing, UAT, and production support for TI+ systems.

Functional Expertise

Handle validation of trade finance instruments:

  • Letters of Credit (LCs)
  • Bank Guarantees
  • Documentary Collections Ensure accuracy and compliance in transaction processing.

System & Testing

Perform functional testing, SIT, and UAT for system changes and enhancements. Validate transaction flows, configurations, and data accuracy.

Requirement Analysis & Documentation

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements:

  • BRD / FRD
  • User Stories
  • BSDD

Core System Expertise

Hands-on experience in TI+ (Trade Innovation / Fusion Trade Innovation)

Domain Knowledge

  • Letters of Credit (Issuance, Amendment, Negotiation)
  • Guarantees & Standby LCs
  • Import/Export Collections

Testing & Tools

  • Functional Testing, SIT, UAT
  • JIRA
  • Agile & Waterfall

Process & Documentation

  • Requirement gathering & gap analysis
  • BRD, FRD, BSDD documentation
  • Basic API understanding

Soft Skills

1. Communication: Strong coordination across business and technical teams

2. Analytical Thinking: Ability to identify issues and provide effective solutions
