Roles & Responsibilities

Overview

Our client is leading conglomerate with diversified business interests across Middle East and India are looking to hire a Trade Marketer based out of Oman for one of their Personal Care Industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiative management
  • Exploit (IMP) initiative master plans at granular level by trade channel
  • Develop initiative tool kits (Localize for Principle led initiatives and develop for market led initiatives)
  • Own the development of in store sales fundamentals, POSM and concept sells
  • Develop retail performance standards
  • Customize solutions by customer, market and channels to support CBD
  • CBD training and development on category and brands initiatives
  • Contribute to the demand & supply process
  • Own sales building blocks and business analysis
  • Budget recommendation, planning and tracking
  • Competitive assessment and pricing analysis
  • Heavily engaged with the principles in the initiative design
  • Own his/her assessment form (PEP)
  • Own his/her scorecards
  • Own his/her MOL (Monthly operation letter)
  • Own his/her business, stewardship
  • Conduct field visit at-least once every 2 weeks
Must Have:
Post Graduate - Good English
Communication skills
Personal Care Category Experience is Mandatory
