Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and execute initiative master plans at a granular trade-channel level
Develop initiative toolkits for both principle-led and market-led programs
Own and enhance in-store sales fundamentals, POSM, and concept selling

Required Candidate profile

MBA with a Minimum of 2 - 4 years in a similar role within the FMCG / Retail, Consumer Goods industry
Handle sales building blocks, budgeting, and performance tracking
