Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
You will:
- Work with customer teams to track progress towards revenue KPIs
- Complete promotional post evaluations in partnership with Finance and Marketing
- Support the Customer Planning Manager by providing regular reporting including volume tracking, trade spend, % promoted, seasonal in flight tracking
- Monitor revenue realization of any cost price increases
- Work with customer teams and Sales Finance to ensure all trade spend in the system is accruing correctly
- Attend customer forecast surgeries to understand customer dynamics and identify opportunities and risks to the plan
- Approve promotional activity in line with guidelines with regular reviews of promotional spend
What you need to know about this position:
- p>Collaborate with Demand planning team in the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process to ensure cross-functional alignment on revenue targets, demand plans, and supply chain priorities.
- p>Conduct monthly and quarterly reviews for RGM actions /p>
- p>Coordinate between sales, marketing, and supply chain to address gaps and risks in the IBP process.
- p>Identify and implement RGM initiatives including pricing optimization, trade promotion effectiveness, and mix improvement.
- p>Analyze trade spend and promotional ROI to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
- p>Partner with finance to evaluate the profitability of different category.
- p>Track revenue performance by category, and channel, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
- p>Analyze external market trends and competitive landscape to inform pricing and product strategies.
- p>Prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting risks, opportunities, and recommendations.
