Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in trade marketing or a similar role, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using marketing automation tools and data analytics platforms.

- Experience in managing budgets and financial planning.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Develop and manage the promotional trade marketing calendar, ensuring alignment with product categories.
- Oversee investments in trade channels and collaborate with the sales team to monitor promotional execution.
- Conduct thorough studies and analyses to identify potential growth opportunities and market trends.
- Formulate strategies for revenue growth in sales channels, considering portfolio analysis and market dynamics.
- Monitor the annual budget and track productivity indicators on a monthly basis, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align trade marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in trade marketing to enhance our strategies.
- Provide regular reports and insights to the management team, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and retail partners.
- Ensure brand consistency and alignment with TAC's values and positioning across all trade marketing activities.
