Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute trade marketing strategies tailored to specific retail channels to boost brand visibility and sales.
  • Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for promotional activities and product placements.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure alignment on trade promotions and initiatives that drive revenue growth.
  • Manage the budget for trade marketing activities, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is essential for understanding market dynamics.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in trade marketing or sales roles, preferably within the consumer goods industry, is critical.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and marketing software, such as Excel or CRM tools, to drive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with knowledge of additional languages being an asset for diverse markets.
