Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and execute trade marketing strategies to drive brand visibility and sales across retail and distribution channels.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align trade marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
Plan and implement promotional campaigns, in-store activations, and merchandising activities to maximize product exposure.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities and optimize trade marketing plans.
Manage relationships with key retail partners, distributors, and stakeholders to ensure effective execution of trade programs.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of trade marketing activities, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
Coordinate the production and distribution of point-of-sale materials, displays, and promotional assets.
Oversee budget allocation and expenditure for trade marketing projects, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI.
Train and support field sales teams on trade marketing initiatives, product knowledge, and merchandising standards.
Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and consistency across all trade marketing touchpoints.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
3 to 5 years of proven experience in trade marketing, channel marketing, or retail marketing roles.
Strong understanding of the F&B sector and consumer goods industry.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful trade marketing strategies.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and consumer insights.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing analytics tools.
Strong project management and organizational abilities.
Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and brand consistency.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
