Roles & Responsibilities
JOB PURPOSE
The Trade Marketing Executive supports the Trade Marketing Supervisor in executing trade marketing strategies and ensuring effective implementation of in-store activities, promotions, and visibility initiatives. The role focuses on market execution, monitoring trade performance, and coordinating with sales teams to achieve brand and sales objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Implement trade marketing activities and promotions across assigned channels.
Coordinate with sales teams to ensure brand visibility, shelf share, and POS material placement.
Monitor trade execution and prepare field reports with photos and data.
Track competitor activities and provide market insights.
Follow up on the distribution and placement of promotional materials.
Support product launches and trade activations in the market.
Ensure compliance with merchandising and brand guidelines.
Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of trade promotions.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs)
Execution rate of trade marketing activities.
Shelf visibility and POS compliance.
Accuracy and timeliness of trade reports.
Sales uplift during promotions.
Feedback from field supervisors and sales teams.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: 1 3 years in trade marketing, sales, or FMCG marketing.
Language: Fluency in English and Arabic
TECHNICAL AND FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES
Knowledge of trade marketing and merchandising.
Good analytical and reporting skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with FMCG distribution and trade channels.
BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Proactive and adaptable.
Organizational and multitasking ability.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Office-based with regular field visits.
Flexibility in working hours during campaigns or activations.
