Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Map and prospect the market to identify new institutional / B2B customers not currently transacting with Falcon Pack, across target sectors (e.g. HORECA, catering, hospitality, facilities management, food service and bulk packaging buyers).

  • Generate and build a qualified pipeline of new-business leads through field (outdoor) prospecting, referrals, and market intelligence.

  • Qualify each lead, capturing the customer profile, requirement, and opportunity value, and hand qualified leads to the Institutional Sales team.

  • Coordinate and follow up with the Institutional Sales team on every lead, following up consistently until the lead converts into a confirmed sale.

  • Track and monitor the incremental sales generated by each newly onboarded customer after conversion, and report the value delivered.

  • Maintain a clean, up-to-date record of all leads, their status, and conversion outcomes (CRM / tracker).

  • Prepare and present a monthly performance dashboard (leads, conversions, and incremental revenue) for the Marketing Manager, to be shared with the CEO.

  • Sustain lead generation and conversion activity consistently throughout the year — this is the core, ongoing mandate of the role.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of sales experience, ideally in outdoor / field sales or trade marketing.

  • Industry: Background in the disposable packaging industry is preferred; candidates from other industries (FMCG / B2B) will also be considered.

  • Track record: Demonstrated track record of lead generation, prospecting, and converting new customers.

  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree (preferred, not mandatory).

  • English: Strong written and verbal communication in English (essential).

  • Arabic: Arabic language ability is an added advantage.

  • Selling: Confident prospecting, relationship-building, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

  • Drive: Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently in the field.

  • Reporting: Organised in lead tracking and comfortable contributing to reporting / dashboards.

  • Can start immediately.


Mandatory Requirements:


  • Driving license: Valid UAE driving license (mandatory — the role is field-based).

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience.

  • Communication: Fluent business English.
