About the role
Dive into the heart of commerce as our new Trade Marketing Manager at Reckitt, where you'll take the lead in creating impactful strategies that boost our sales and market presence. Your expertise with the 4Ps will carve out innovative paths for our category strategies, embodying the brand vision within marketplaces. Your responsibilities
  • The role requires frequent interaction with the sales field force, Marketing and Supply teams.
  • The Trade Marketing Manager add value in driving operationally the trade marketing strategic initiatives
  • Trade Marketing Manager plays a key role within the Country Sales team
  • Interact with key stakeholders and settle distributor claims amicably
  • Helping in managing the costing of trade promotions periodically, or as needed
  • Work with Head of TM for calculation of the Return on Investment resulting from trade promotion activities
  • Conduct periodic internal audits of key customers, identify the pertinent issues and suggest remedies.
  • Report variances in actual trade expenditure versus budget by preparing: Monthly customer-wise payment reports and Brand/Channel-wise reports
The experience we're looking for
  • Being a Saudi National is must for this role.
  • Planning & Monitoring: Proactively collect and analyse relevant data and, where necessary, seek new data sources to identify opportunities for corrective action and growth.
  • Building Business / Customer Relationships: Leads in the management of stakeholder interests and continually enhances relationships while building new stakeholder and company linkages
  • Negotiation & Influence: Plans and undertakes complex and contractual business negotiations with major customers
  • Educated to minimum bachelors degree level ideally in a business related subject - from a recognized University
  • Minimum 4 years FMCG experience in Sales/ Trade Marketing/ Marketing
