Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement trade marketing plans in coordination with the Marketing and Sales teams.
  • Design and execute in-store promotions and visibility campaigns.
  • Manage and maintain point-of-sale (POS) materials ensuring consistent brand identity across all outlets.
  • Analyze sales data and market performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Monitor product availability, stock levels, and distribution efficiency.
  • Coordinate with distributors and retailers to execute trade incentives and promotional offers.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure trade marketing effectiveness.
  • Prepare monthly reports on campaign performance and market feedback with actionable recommendations.
  • Support the launch of new products by planning and executing trade activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3 5 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Field Marketing, or Channel Management.
  • Experience in the fragrance, personal care, or home care industry is highly preferred.
  • Excellent command of English and Arabic (spoken and written).
