Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide top management with market assessments, outlet prioritization, and strategies to capitalize on high-potential opportunities.
  • Deliver insights on customer and category trends, shopper behavior, and channel performance.
  • Develop and implement merchandising guidelines, Planograms, and display strategies aligned with brand vision.
  • Plan and execute in-store promotions, activations, sampling, and displays in coordination with Sales and Key Account Managers.
  • Manage category development by optimizing shelf space, product placement, and merchandising standards to enhance shopper engagement.
  • Prepare and deliver POS materials, promotional toolkits, and sales decks; train and guide sales and merchandising teams to ensure perfect in-store execution.
  • Analyze sales performance, ROI of promotions, and shopper behavior to recommend pricing, assortment, and promotional adjustments.
  • Lead competitor analysis, customer segmentation, and market intelligence studies to support commercial strategies.
  • Coach and supervise field teams on Perfect Store standards to enhance execution quality.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 4 years of Trade Marketing experience, preferably in FMCG.
  • Bachelor degree in any discipline.
  • Strong knowledge of Egypt s Modern Trade environment and FMCG dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
