Desired Candidate Profile

The traditional trade manager is responsible for managing and developing the traditional trade channel across assigned territories to drive sales, distribution, visibility, and market share. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing the TT channel strategy, leading and motivating the TT sales team, managing and growing distribution across groceries, wholesalers, and independent retailers, monitoring and analyzing channel performance, customer insights, and market trends, ensuring execution of monthly trade promotions, visibility plans, and activations, building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and distributors, coordinating with Trade Marketing and Supply Chain teams, optimizing route-to-market models, improving coverage and productivity, managing trade budgets, ensuring effective ROI on investments, monitoring pricing, credit limits, and payment collections in alignment with company policies
