Roles & Responsibilities
Role Overview:
The Traffic Assistant supports the day-to-day management of traffic file operations, including handling fines, black points, and related documentation. The role ensures smooth processing of transactions, timely coordination with internal teams and authorities, and minimizes operational disruptions across spot and lease activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing traffic file activities for both spot and lease operations
Monitor and follow up on black points, ensuring timely clearance through UAE Pass and relevant systems
Coordinate with internal users and external authorities (RTA, Police, Municipality) for traffic-related matters
Support in identifying and resolving traffic file blocks to avoid delays in transactions
Share traffic fine details and descriptions with users to facilitate timely payments
Assist in handling and tracking traffic fine disputes, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up
Prepare and issue No Objection Certificates (NOCs) for relevant authorities
Prepare transfer letters for vehicle sales, total loss, and buy-back cases
Complete required forms and documentation for government-related transactions
Assist in issuing insurance policies for new vehicle registrations via online portals
Arrange Oman travel documentation, including NOCs and Orange Cards, and coordinate with Accounts for related charges
Communicate with branches/counters regarding blocked fines and required actions
Follow up on fine refunds with government authorities
Maintain accurate records and proper filing of all traffic-related documents
Desired Candidate Profile
Skills and Qualifications:
1–2 years of experience in traffic, fleet, or administrative operations within the UAE is preferred
Basic knowledge of UAE traffic rules, fines, and regulations
Familiarity with government portals and UAE Pass is an advantage
Experience working with or coordinating with RTA systems/processes is preferred
Good communication and coordination skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Valid UAE driving license is required
