Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Event Safety team in planning, implementing and monitoring safety measures for live music events.
- Assist with risk assessments, safety inspections and reporting.
- Work closely with all event operations teams to ensure compliance with local regulations and international best practice.
- Take part in safety briefings and emergency response planning.
- Maintain accurate safety documentation and reporting systems.
- Learn and apply recognised standards for event health and safety management.
Desired Candidate Profile
Mandatory Requirements:
- Saudi National
- Previous experience working at live music events
- Good communication and problem solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and in line with event schedules
- Basic knowledge of event health & safety is desirable (full training will be provided).
