Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Event Safety team in planning, implementing and monitoring safety measures for live music events.
  • Assist with risk assessments, safety inspections and reporting.
  • Work closely with all event operations teams to ensure compliance with local regulations and international best practice.
  • Take part in safety briefings and emergency response planning.
  • Maintain accurate safety documentation and reporting systems.
  • Learn and apply recognised standards for event health and safety management.

Desired Candidate Profile

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Saudi National
  • Previous experience working at live music events
  • Good communication and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and in line with event schedules
  • Basic knowledge of event health & safety is desirable (full training will be provided).
