Roles & Responsibilities

In our one-year trainee program, our Procurement Manager will guide you to become familiar with commercial processes tying into complex international and technical projects. This will give you a comprehensive insight into the procedures in procurement and how they are adding value to the company as whole, setting you up for your future career.

Upon successful completion, you will have the opportunity to secure a permanent position in our Procurement department at an Associate-level.

  • Operational handling of order processes: order placement, order management, incoming goods inspection, and invoice verification
  • Supporting the planning, implementation, and documentation of price and service negotiations
  • Supporting deadline and escalation management
  • Analyzing and evaluating offers as a basis for decision-making in price negotiations
  • Assisting in general procurement tasks & documentation
  • Maintaining accurate records of contracts, purchase orders, and supplier documentation
  • Supporting the returns management
  • Assisting in vendor onboarding, due diligence, and performance tracking

Desired Candidate Profile

You have completed a technical or commercial degree, i.e., bachelor s degree in business administration or management

  • You are familiar with Microsoft Office (advanced knowledge in Excel is a plus)
  • You are communicative and have a team-oriented personality
  • You have very good written and spoken skills in English
  • You are willing to learn and able to familiarize yourself with new areas of work
  • You have basic technical understanding and interest in media and IT systems
