Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Main missions
- Participate in the reorganization, translation and creation of technical training modules intended for workshops and after-sales teams.
- Contribute to the updating and structuring of technical documentation.
- Participate in the filtering, analysis and structuring of data using digital tools and Excel files.
- Ensure the monitoring and use of data from digital platforms used in after-sales.
- Diagnose and analyze vehicle faults, particularly those related to electronic and embedded systems.
- To contribute to the continuous improvement of diagnostic and repair processes.
- Participate in the creation of educational and technical materials for training courses.
Desired Candidate Profile
Very good level on Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Good mastery of data analysis and processing on Excel (sorting, filtering, tables, etc.).
- Good knowledge of the operation of automotive embedded systems.
- Good knowledge of the operation of hybrid and electric vehicle systems.
- Ability to diagnose and analyze vehicle faults.
- Good understanding of automotive electronic and electrical architecture.
- Mastery of digital tools and platforms used in automotive after-sales.
- Good analytical skills and technical problem-solving abilities.
- Understanding of automotive diagnostic systems and testing tools.
- Ability to interact with the technicians and workshops of the network.
- Sense of organization and management of technical documentation.
- Good level of technical communication.
- Good level in French and English (written and spoken).
- Training in automotive diagnostics, automotive electricity or automotive engineering
