Key Responsibilities :

Plan, coordinate, and deliver the Unified HSE Passport training program, including all mandatory and role-specific modules, ensuring learners clearly understand assessment requirements throughout the program.

Provide continuous guidance and support to candidates during the assessment process to ensure successful completion.

Maintain accurate, organized, and accessible records of learner performance and assessments for internal and external Quality Assurance reviews.

Establish and communicate a clear and effective learner appeals process in line with training standards.

Monitor learner progress against defined learning outcomes and implement appropriate corrective or remedial actions where required.

Qualifications :

Bachelor s Degree in Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) or related field. Experience

Minimum of 2 years experience in HSE.

Must be approved by MOHERI as a trainer.

Certified by OPAL / PDO as HSE Level 1 Trainer (Level 2 preferred).

Languages :

Proficiency in Arabic and English Urdu is preferred
