Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver engaging training sessions in French for new hires and existing employees focused on customer service, technical support, and sales.
  • Develop and update training materials, manuals, and resources to ensure alignment with company standards and client requirements.
  • Assess trainees language proficiency and communication skills through evaluations, role-plays, and feedback sessions.
  • Monitor and report on training effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement and implementing enhancements as needed.
  • Collaborate with operations and quality teams to ensure training content addresses real-world scenarios and business objectives.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and support to employees to reinforce learning and drive continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate workshops on soft skills, product knowledge, and customer engagement strategies in French.
  • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements relevant to customer experience training.
  • Maintain accurate training records, attendance, and progress reports for compliance and performance tracking.
  • Support the onboarding process for French-speaking employees, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-2 years of experience in training, teaching, or coaching, preferably in a customer service or contact center environment.
  • Fluency in French and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and adapt training materials for various learning styles.
  • Experience using e-learning platforms, virtual training tools, or classroom technology.
  • Ability to assess learning outcomes and provide constructive feedback to trainees.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and fast-paced environments.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality training aligned with business goals.
