About the Role:

Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in education, HR, psychology, business, or a related field.
- Certified Train the Trainer (TTT) or equivalent.
- 3 5+ years experience in soft skills training delivery.
- Background in corporate, youth, or national development programs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong facilitation and public speaking skills.
- Ability to engage with diverse age groups and cultures.
- Skilled in interactive training methods (e.g., role play, simulations).
- Very good command of English (spoken and written).
