Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Conducting internal training for new and existing employees to ensure they acquire the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.

Preparing and developing training materials, including manuals, presentations, and interactive activities, and ensuring they are regularly updated.

Establishing a comprehensive internal training system, which involves identifying training needs, designing curricula, and evaluating training effectiveness.

Moving between clinics and hospitals to conduct practical on-site training to ensure the practical application of knowledge.

Providing both Professional Training (Hard Skills) and Behavioral/Soft Skills Training.

Conducting specialized external training in the general field of tourism, with a specific focus on the following sectors:

Hotels and Hospitality.

Medical/Health Tourism.

Handling training for foreigners/international trainees, and designing programs that are appropriate for cultural differences and the requirements of international participants.

Evaluating the performance of trainees and analyzing training outcomes to ensure the achievement of desired objectives.br>

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s or Master s degree in Education, Healthcare Management, or Human Resources

  • 2-5 years of experience in training, education, or healthcare workforce development
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms, instructional design, and adult learning principles
  • Fluent in Arabic and English, other is a plus
