Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Maintain close communication with the Production and Quality departments to identify training needs and ensure they are fully informed of available training opportunities.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance and engagement of green supporters to promote continuous improvement.
  • Identify, assess, and optimize training processes to effectively meet planned training objectives.
  • Deliver and evaluate training programs tailored to the specific requirements of each department.
  • Ensure all training activities are effective, high-quality, and aligned with site and departmental objectives.
  • Provide support to Line Managers on various training-related matters as needed.
  • Ensure that all training policies and procedures comply with relevant standards and regulations.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the Training Manager.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records in accordance with company policies; ensure records are securely stored in designated folders or personnel files for the duration of the employee s tenure.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Education or related field.
  • Proven experience in training, preferably in environmental sustainability or related areas.
  • Strong knowledge of environmental regulations, green technologies, and sustainability practices.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to engage and motivate diverse groups of employees.
  • Proficient in MS Office and e-learning platforms.
  • Good Power BI usage is preferrable
  • Very good command of English language.
