Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Notify departmental heads of any non attendance on training courses by staff members.
Ensure that all training will be delivered by competently approved personnel within agreed timescales to meet the identified risks.
Ensure the implementation of Menzies Training and Development Policy.
Prepare the monthly training plans.
Produce monitoring reports showing station compliance against the training plan on a quarterly basis.

You will have a responsibility and duty whilst at work to take reasonable care of the health, safety and wellbeing of yourself and others in accordance with provided information, training, and workplace health and safety rules or procedures. As such the Company prohibits such misuse and carries out regular testing to enforce our Substance Misuse Policy.
Desired Candidate Profile
Fluent in both Arabic and English Languages.
Computer literate.
Train the Trainer course.
Excellent communications skills.
Self-motivated and well organized.
