Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Training Delivery:

  • Coordinate and present the meetings with the brand company to receive comprehensive training on basics and new products and techniques
  • Design training materials, including guides, and presentations.
  • Conduct comprehensive training sessions on perfumes and other beauty products.
  • Demonstrate proper usage techniques and application methods.

Curriculum Development:

  • Keep training content up-to-date with the latest product launches and industry trends.
  • Develop both in-person and virtual training modules.

Performance Monitoring:

  • Assess trainees understanding and proficiency through tests, practical demonstrations, and feedback.
  • Provide constructive feedback and additional training sessions as needed.
  • Track and report on training outcomes and effectiveness to the Brand manager.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align training with company goals and initiatives.

Collaboration and support:

  • Support new product launches by preparing and delivering targeted training.
  • Act as a product knowledge resource for all team members.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

  • certification in cosmetology, esthetics, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in the beauty industry, with a strong background in product training or education.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to design engaging and informative training materials.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using training software and virtual meeting platforms.
