Roles & Responsibilities

1. Own training analytics: Build dashboards showing if learning modules improve rider performance (violations/cancellations).
2. Automate all training reporting.Run A/B tests: A/B test content formats (videos/images/text), messaging and delivery channels to find the most effective learning methods for riders
3. Fix gaps: Identify riders struggling in specific areas and provide quick interventions to enhance business performance
4. Upgrade the Training Product: Launch and improve training product features like personalized nudges, training drop-off alerts, personalized learning journeys
5. Prove ROI: Produce reports linking training efficacy to business metrics
6. Drive adoption: Enable local markets through self-serve training dashboards to monitor data performance 1. High-Impact Role: Directly shape the learning experience of thousands of riders across GCC and influence key business metrics
