Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Sell training rooms and learning spaces to companies, training providers, consultants, and institutions.
Promote and sell training and development programs (technical, professional, and soft skills).
Identify client needs and propose suitable training plans and learning solutions.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up until deal closure.
Achieve agreed sales targets related to training services and facilities.
Market Development, Opportunity Identification & Pricing Analysis
Identify and evaluate new market opportunities for training rooms and training programs.
Conduct continuous market scanning to identify emerging training needs, new customer segments, and demand trends.
Research and analyze competitor offerings, pricing models, and packages for training rooms and training programs.
Collect pricing intelligence and provide recommendations to support competitive pricing and promotional strategies.
Monitor market positioning of the training center and suggest improvements to enhance competitiveness.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, training providers, and partners.
Develop and manage a client pipeline and database.
Conduct client visits, presentations, and negotiations.
Training Planning Support
Coordinate with trainers and subject matter experts to develop training plans and schedules aligned with market demand.
Support customization of training programs based on client requirements.
Assist in planning public courses and corporate training calendars.
Marketing & Promotion
Promote the training center through direct sales activities, networking, and events.
Support marketing campaigns, training launches, and promotional initiatives.
Represent the training center in meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.
Reporting & Market Feedback
Maintain sales records, pipeline reports, and pricing benchmarks.
Provide regular reports on sales performance, market opportunities, and competitor pricing insights.
Share customer and market feedback to support continuous improvement of services.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing,Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably within the IT, networking, or education sector.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of training center operations and the education technology landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, events, and industry conferences as required.
