Roles & Responsibilities

The Training and Development (T&D) Graphic Designer specializes in creating visually compelling training materials that enhance learning experiences for our team members. This role involves translating complex information and training objectives into engaging visual formats such as e-learning modules, infographics, presentations, and job aids, while ensuring brand consistency, deeper engagement and more effective learning. In addition, the Graphic Designer creates and updates multimedia assets, ensuring branding guidelines are met, and designing graphics for online learning platforms. Training options range from static posters to online modules/courses, crash courses, intensive training and workshops, focusing on both design principles and software proficiency.

Essential Skills and Qualifications
Proficiency in Design Software: Strong expertise in the Adobe Creative Suite is essential, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Design Fundamentals: A strong understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, layout design, and visual hierarchy.
Creativity and Visual Storytelling: The ability to develop unique concepts and use visuals to tell a story or explain a process effectively.
Communication and Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate design ideas and work effectively with cross-functional teams and SMEs.
Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality, error-free final products that maintain consistency.
Problem-Solving and Adaptability: The ability to find creative solutions to design challenges and adapt to changing project requirements or feedback.

Desired Candidate Profile

A High School Diploma with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience supported by a portfolio and/or additional certifications or licenses or technical training in graphic design.
