Responsibilities:
- Analyze training needs of different departments
- Design training plans and programs
- Develop pedagogical content and materials
- Implement and monitor training actions
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training (indicators, feedback)
- Ensure coordination with trainers and service providers
- Ensure regulatory compliance of the systems
