Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinate with external training service providers and ensure the alignment of training programs with client requirements.
- Prepare analytical studies for training and development activities and provide recommendations.
- prepare monthly and periodic reports, performance indicators, and training statistics, while coordinating with all related entities.
- Update induction programs for new employees.
- Monitor and review the training system for all departments and implement improvement tools and attendance tracking mechanisms.
- Support HR administration as needed and collaborate with all HR teams during peak periods.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in business & human resources.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in training and development, with demonstrated success in program design and delivery.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Proven ability to analyze training needs and develop effective solutions.
- A highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for employee development.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
