Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting for new clients (companies, individuals)
  • Identifying training needs
  • Proposing appropriate solutions (catalog or customized)
  • Developing and monitoring quotes and commercial proposals
  • Ensuring negotiation and conclusion of sales
  • Retaining existing customers
  • Monitoring training actions (registrations, satisfaction)
  • Participating in events (trade shows, forums, open days)
  • Updating the customer database (CRM)

Desired Candidate Profile

Candidate Profile:

  • Diploma: Bac+2 to Bac+5 in commerce, marketing or equivalent
  • Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years in training or services
  • Good knowledge of the professional training sector
  • Mastery of the French language
  • Vehicle preferred
