Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs tailored to diverse employee needs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training opportunities in collaboration with department heads.
- Design engaging training materials and resources, utilizing a blend of instructional methods such as e-learning, workshops, and on-the-job training.
- Facilitate training sessions effectively, employing strong presentation skills to engage participants and promote retention of knowledge.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field is essential; a Master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, with a proven track record in program design and facilitation.
- Certification in training methodologies or instructional design, such as ATD or CPTD, is highly desirable.
- Experience in the specific industry relevant to the organization, ensuring familiarity with its unique challenges and requirements.
