Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a Senior Specialist – Training to lead the driver learning and development initiatives across Limo and Taxi categories for Zed Mobility (Al Ghurair Group). The role is responsible for designing, implementing, and scaling engaging training programs that enhance the overall driver experience and strengthen service excellence.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating impactful learning content, driving digital learning adoption, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to elevate the Zed brand as the most trusted ride-hailing platform among the driver community.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive learning strategies and training programs for driver partners across Limo and Taxi categories.
  • Design and deliver interactive learning content including classroom sessions, webinars, videos, and podcasts.
  • Collaborate with agencies to create multimedia learning materials—short videos, infographics, and storyboards for bite-sized learning.
  • Conduct Train the Trainer sessions for franchise training teams, ensuring alignment with Zed processes and updates.
  • Measure learning effectiveness and implement improvements based on performance data and feedback.
  • Manage and drive adoption of the Learning Management System (LMS) among drivers.
  • Partner with Product, Operations, and Marketing teams to incorporate driver and customer insights into the learning framework.
  • Build engagement and motivation among drivers to make them brand ambassadors of Zed.
  • In future phases, lead a team of trainers and content developers to expand training capabilities.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education:
    Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred: English, Journalism, Multimedia Design, Literature, or related fields).
  • Experience:
    Minimum 3+ years of managerial experience in corporate training or learning & development.
    Proven ability to design and implement structured training programs for field or frontline staff.
    Experience in working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital training platforms.
  • Technical Skills:
    Proficiency in LMS tools and e-learning content development.
    Basic understanding of graphic design, multimedia editing, and video-based storytelling.
  • Soft Skills:
    Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    Strong storytelling ability with a creative mindset.
    Collaborative, data-driven, and passionate about improving learner engagement.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Driver training scores and completion rates.
  • Customer ratings linked to driver performance.
  • Engagement in webinars and digital learning modules.
  • Driver NPS (Net Promoter Score) and satisfaction index.
