Roles & Responsibilities

We have an amazing opportunity for the above vacancy to join our team:

Training Manager

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Hospitality Management, or related field.
  • Professional certifications are an advantage (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, Certified Trainer, Learning & Development Certification).
  • Minimum 3 5 years of experience in Training & Development or HR roles, preferably in the hospitality industry or large organizations.
  • Proven experience in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs.
  • Experience in managing training budgets and training calendars.
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, and public-speaking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and develop training plans accordingly.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Good analytical and reporting skills (training reports, KPIs, ROI measurement).
  • High proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Creative in designing engaging learning materials and e-learning content.
  • Ability to coach and mentor employees at all levels.
