Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and oversee comprehensive training programs for all staff to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and update training materials, manuals, and e-learning modules aligned with company objectives and industry best practices.
  • Facilitate engaging in-person and online training sessions for new hires and existing employees.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making data-driven improvements as needed.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and recommend targeted learning solutions.
  • Manage training budgets, resources, and schedules to ensure optimal utilization and ROI.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all training content.
  • Mentor and coach team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Stay current with trends in travel, hospitality, and adult learning to introduce innovative training methodologies.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in training, learning and development, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in designing and delivering effective training programs within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to assess training needs and measure learning outcomes.
  • Experience with both in-person and online training delivery.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
  • Experience working in the travel, hospitality, or service industry is an advantage.
