Roles & Responsibilities

A leading company in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Training Manager to join its team in Riyadh. This is a pivotal role responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive training programs that elevate employee performance and support long-term business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute effective training strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
  • Develop training materials, manuals, and e-learning content tailored to various departments.
  • Coordinate and deliver engaging in-house training sessions and workshops.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make continuous improvements.
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure consistent learning initiatives across the company.
  • Maintain training records, monitor progress, and report on KPIs related to learning and development.
  • Stay informed of the latest trends and best practices in training and development.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably within a corporate or service-oriented environment.
  • Proven experience designing and delivering training programs at various organizational levels.
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in training software and MS Office Suite.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Saudi labor laws and cultural sensitivities is preferred.
