Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Training planning :

  • Collection and definition of training needs
  • Facilitating needs assessment meetings with structures and units
  • data consolidation on system
  • Development of training plan and budget projects, preparation of training specifications and launch of consultations

Pedagogical design:

  • Pedagogical monitoring, participation in the design of training programs and production of training resources and materials with or without digital components
  • Validation of programs
  • Educational content and methods for assessing learning outcomes
  • Internal trainer training

Interfaces with HR development systems:

  • Analysis of data from skills assessment campaigns
  • Integration of induction programs
  • Integration of the recovery programs
  • Implementation of integration processes for promotion or redeployment positions

Management of internal and external trainer networks:

  • Prospecting, selecting and evaluating trainers
  • Monitoring of training agreements
  • Organization and preparation of files relating to the business tax
  • Proficiency in MS Office software
  • Proficiency in ERP (HRIS) systems is desirable
  • Proficiency in HR development project design practices
  • Mastery of the mechanisms for calculating the vocational training tax
  • Good communication skills (written and oral) in French/Arabic

Desired Candidate Profile

Conditions d acc s :

  • Bachelor's degree (4-5 years of higher education) in HR or equivalent
  • 2-3 years of experience as a training manager, ideally in the construction or industrial sectors.
