Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate end-to-end training logistics, including session scheduling, venue booking, virtual platform setup (Zoom, Teams, LMS), and material preparation.
  • Act as the primary liaison between trainers, participants, internal teams, and external vendors.
  • Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring accurate tracking of enrolments, attendance, completions, and certifications.
  • Monitor training KPIs and generate regular reports on participation, feedback, completion rates, and effectiveness.
  • Develop and standardize training operations workflows, templates, and process documentation.
  • Assist in managing training budgets, invoices, and vendor contracts in coordination with finance.
  • Support onboarding programs and induction training for new hires and project-based teams.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory standards (e.g., safety, HR, ISO).
  • Collect and analyse trainee feedback to drive continuous improvement in training delivery.
  • Contribute to the development of annual training calendars and strategic L&D planning.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
  • Experience gained in recognized training centres or academic programs is considered a strong asset.
  • 3 5 years of experience in training coordination, L&D operations, or HR support.
  • Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and HRIS platforms.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); data reporting skills are a plus.
  • Experience in real estate, construction, facilities management, or consultancy within the GCC region is highly preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional project environment.
