Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a presentable, detail-oriented, and proactive person to join our team as a Training Registration & Office Coordinator.
The ideal candidate will handle the registration of students in training courses, manage communication on social media, and assist in organizing daily administrative tasks in a professional and friendly manner.
Main Responsibilities:
-Handle student registrations for training courses (online and in-person).
-Communicate with clients and respond to inquiries via Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp.
-Maintain accurate student databases and fill out registration applications.
-Organize and coordinate course schedules in coordination with trainers.
-Record financial and administrative transactions in an organized manner.
-Prepare and update documents, reports, and attendance sheets using Microsoft Word and Excel.
-Maintain office order and follow up on day-to-day operations.
-Support in preparing promotional materials and assist in online course promotion if needed.
-Follow up with students before and after course completion.
-Reply to late-hour messages or questions on social media with professionalism.
Requirements:
-Lives near or in Beirut
-Excellent communication and organizational skills.
-Presentable appearance and pleasant personality.
-Strong command of Microsoft Excel and Word.
-Responsible, honest, and punctual.
-Good writing skills in Arabic and English.
-Previous experience in administration or training center coordination is a plus.
-Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Working Conditions:
-Working hours: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
-Occasional response to messages after hours (via WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram).
