Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
1-Develop comprehensive training materials and resources tailored to the specific needs and requirements of our clients.
2-Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions, both onsite and virtually, to educate users on the features, functionalities, and best practices of our software.
3-Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and customer success, to stay updated on product enhancements and new releases.
4-Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients through follow-up sessions, Q&A sessions, and troubleshooting assistance to address any questions or issues that may arise.
5-Gather feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement and enhance the effectiveness of our training programs.
6-Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations to ensure alignment of training objectives with business goals.
7-Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness through metrics and KPIs, and make recommendations for adjustments and improvements as needed.
8-Assist in the development of training-related documentation, including user guides, manuals, and tutorials, to support self-paced learning and ongoing reference.
9-Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for internal teams regarding client training needs, requirements, and feedback.
Desired Candidate Profile
1-2 years of experience in training, learning and development, or a related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Demonstrated commitment to continuous professional development.
Comfort working independently in a remote environment.
