Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:
- Assist in designing and updating training curricula for security and crisis management.
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and refresher courses for new hires and existing staff.
- Support the implementation of lesson plans and standard operating procedures.
- Facilitate CPR/AED and First Aid training for Security Operations teams.
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, materials, and guest speakers.
- Maintain accurate records of training attendance, certifications, and progress.
- Monitor training effectiveness and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Support the Field Training Officer (FTO) program through onboarding and curriculum execution.
- Assist in organizing departmental training for policy updates and operational changes.
- Ensure training programs meet professional standards and Wynn Service expectations.
- Work closely with Security Operations to identify training needs and gaps.
- Participate in hiring processes, including assessments and onboarding support.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors for off-property training programs.
- Manage inventory and ordering of training and medical supplies.
Desired Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in a related field (e.g., Criminal Justice, Education, Hospitality Management)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in training development and delivery, preferably in security or hospitality.
- Experience in the UAE; prior work as a security trainer or in a related field.
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts based on operational needs.
- Arabic speaker
