Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Training Team Lead to oversee and manage training initiatives for our clients and internal teams. In this remote role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and leading comprehensive training programs focused on leadership, compliance, and skills development to ensure continued success across various sectors.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead & Manage Training Programs: Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of training programs focused on leadership development, compliance training, and skill-building for both clients and internal teams.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with clients and department leaders to assess training needs and tailor programs to meet organizational goals.

Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of trainers to ensure high-quality content delivery and effective program execution.

Develop Training Materials: Create and maintain comprehensive training content, including presentations, workshops, e-learning modules, and handouts.

Monitor & Evaluate: Track the progress of training programs and measure effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.

Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with industry best practices and integrate innovative training techniques to enhance learning outcomes.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor s degree in Business, Education, or related field.

5+ years of experience in training, leadership development, or talent management, preferably in a business consulting or corporate environment.

Proven experience in managing and leading teams remotely.

Strong understanding of leadership, compliance, and skills development training.

Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.

Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
